The med spa market data on this site came out of tooling we wrote: 1,531 med spa websites screened across 245 US cities, with the AI answer check run in 245 of them in September 2026. The strongest 21 of those markets have a published city page.

Karthik Varma has more than ten years of sales and product experience in B2B SaaS companies, working with clients around the world, mostly in North America and EMEA. He has helped dozens of businesses with their marketing. Before selling that work to anyone else, he built and ranked the company's own products first: a safety compliance product for contractors in the United States, a construction document pack for Australia and New Zealand, a workplace risk assessment tool for small employers in France, and a devotional app in the United States. He then built KKV Labs into an AI visibility agency on the same method, and publishes the AI Visibility Index series of industry reports. He runs KKV Labs LLC, a Delaware company.
