Compared on published facts

The best AI SEO agencies in the US, on the facts each one publishes.

Most lists of the best AI SEO agencies are written by the agency sitting at the top of them. This one is written by an agency too, and we are in it, so here is the whole method in one line: we read each agency's own pages and wrote down what they publish.

KKV Labs publishes this list and appears in it. Every fact about every agency comes from that agency's own site on the date shown.

How we chose

  • We compared published price, minimum term, guarantee, industries served, published research, AI tools measured and dated proof.
  • We read every agency's own homepage, pricing page, services page, about page and blog or research page on 15 September 2026.
  • The table order is alphabetical by name, not a ranking, and we scored no one.

Facts on this page read on 15 September 2026. Searches checked: best AI SEO agencies in the US for local businesses; best AI SEO agency; AEO agency; GEO agency; AI visibility agency for local businesses; answer engine optimization agency; AI SEO agency $1,000 a month.

The question

Why almost every list like this one puts its author first.

Nothing on this page is scored, rated or ranked. Every line about another agency was read off that agency's own website on 15 September 2026.

The question behind this page is short. Someone who runs a local business has worked out that AI assistants are now sending people to their competitors, and they want to know who to pay to fix it. The answer everywhere is a ranked list, and almost every one of those lists is published by an agency that put itself first. So this page does the opposite. No ranking, no scores, alphabetical order, and every fact traceable to the page it came from.

What we can add to it is our own data. We have published four AI visibility indexes, one each for med spas, roofers, dentists and personal injury law firms. They are worth reading before you hire anyone, because most of what is sold as an AI visibility fix turns out not to separate the businesses AI names from the ones it does not:

What our own index found

  • Clinics on Zenoti or Boulevard booking software are about twice as common among AI-named med spas as among unnamed ones (Zenoti 10 percent vs 6 percent, Boulevard 10 percent vs 5 percent, same-day comparison, small bases of about 34 named sites each).

Source: The KKV Med Spa AI Answer Index. From the 1,352-site med spa crawl, comparing 341 AI-named clinics to 1,011 unnamed ones.

  • Claiming a manufacturer certification tier (GAF Master Elite, Owens Corning Platinum Preferred, CertainTeed ShingleMaster) does nothing for AI visibility in roofing: 26 percent of AI-named roofers claim one and 25 percent of unnamed roofers do too.

Source: The Roofing AI Visibility Index. From the 520-site roofer crawl across 60 cities, comparing 147 AI-named domains to 373 unnamed ones.

  • CareCredit financing is the single biggest non-signal in dentistry: it appears on 26 percent of AI-named dental practice homepages and 26 percent of unnamed ones, an identical share, out of 94 sites showing it in the whole index.

Source: The Dental AI Visibility Index. From the 366-site dental crawl across 40 cities, comparing 84 AI-named practices to 282 unnamed ones.

  • Being listed in a legal directory does not correlate with being named by AI for personal injury law firms: Avvo appears on 16 percent of AI-named firm homepages vs 14 percent of unnamed ones, and FindLaw actually runs backwards, 5 percent named vs 8 percent unnamed.

Source: The Law Firm AI Visibility Index. From the 685-site law firm crawl across 60 cities, comparing 187 AI-named firms to 498 unnamed ones.

What our four indexes cover: Our own research behind the industry_facts below covers four industries, not a national local business census. Med spas: 1,531 homepages attempted, 1,352 read (city count not stated in that doc). Roofers: 569 homepages attempted, 520 read, across 60 cities. Dentists: 435 homepages attempted, 366 read, across 40 cities (out of a shared 285 city pool). Personal injury law firms: 875 homepages attempted, 709 read, 685 counted after a relevance gate, across 60 cities.

The row we are in

What we publish, in the same eight columns.

Our row is in the table above, in alphabetical order with everyone else. This is the same information, with the proof we are allowed to show.

We are on this list, so the same reading applies to us. Here is what our own site publishes, and where you can check it.

The offer

$1,000 a month, 3-month minimum as it takes time to show results. If AI is not naming you by day 90, you get every dollar back.

We take one business per industry per city. If we already work with another business like yours in your city, we will tell you before you pay us anything.

Our published research is four industry indexes. Each one names the city count, the number of homepages read and the date the AI answers were captured, so you can check any figure in it:

What we do not publish: client names, client results, or a case study with someone else's numbers in it. The work is under contract and the results are theirs. What we can show is the research, dated, and our own sites.

Client proof

Paying customers from organic search alone, no ads, 95 Google AI answer appearances, 90 ChatGPT and Copilot citations, page 1 on Bing for buyer terms

  • United States

    A devotional app for women

Google clicks in the first two weeks, 31 Google AI answer appearances, visits from ChatGPT and other AI tools, all inside 30 days of launch

KKV Labs is its own first client. Every method below was run on a property we own before it went into a client build. Figures from Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Bing AI Performance and Microsoft Clarity, read on 21 September 2026, with the period stated on each one.

Where we are not the fit

  • Small team, founder led. There is no account team to hand you off to.
  • No enterprise SEO. We do not run multi-location, national or franchise accounts.
  • We work in the US and a small number of other countries, not everywhere.
  • Young agency. We were founded in 2026, not a decade ago.

Who should pick whom

This list is not one size. Here is who fits where.

A single agency is not the right fit for every business on this page, and we would rather say that than sell past it.

If you are a multi-location, national or enterprise brand

First Page Sage

publishes its own research (B2B Conversion Rates by Industry, 2026 report, https://firstpagesage.com/reports/b2b-conversion-rates-by-industry-fc/, stated as last updated September 18, 2025), shows dated proof on its site, lists 6 industries it serves.

If you are a single-location local business

KKV Labs

Our offer is priced and measured for one business in one city: $1,000 a month, one client per industry per city, and a guarantee tied to that city's own AI answers. That is the shape of business we built this for.

How to choose

Five questions you can run down the table yourself.

Each question below is one column of the table above. Read the column, not the sales page. Our answer is under each one so you can hold us to the same test.

  1. Question 1

Does the agency publish a price at all?

A published price is the cheapest honesty test there is. It does not make an agency good and a missing price does not make one bad, but you learn something either way. Read the Published price column.

Our answer: Ours is $1,000 a month and it is on our pricing section, our guarantee page and this page.

  2. Question 2

What is the minimum term, and is it written down?

This work takes months, so a term is normal. What matters is whether the term is on the website before the call, or only in the contract after it. Read the Minimum term column.

Our answer: Ours is 3 months, because it takes that long to show results, then month to month.

  3. Question 3

Is there a guarantee, and does it say what happens if it is missed?

A guarantee with no consequence is a sentence, not a guarantee. Look for a number, a date and what you get back. Read the Guarantee column, and read the words, not the badge.

Our answer: Named by AI in 90 days or every dollar back, on questions we agree in writing at kickoff.

  4. Question 4

Do they name which AI tools they measure?

AI search is not one product. An agency that names ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Mode is telling you where it will show you the change. One that says AI generally is not. Read the AI tools measured column.

Our answer: ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode, in that order, every 30 days.

  5. Question 5

Have they published dated proof you can check today?

A screenshot with no date is not proof, because AI answers move week to week. Ask for the date and the question that produced it. Read the Dated proof and Published research columns together.

Our answer: Four dated industry indexes at kkvlabs.com/research, and dated screenshots every 30 days for clients.

Questions

What buyers ask before they hire.

Who published this list, and are you on it?
KKV Labs published it and yes, we are on it, in alphabetical order with everyone else. That is the first thing you should know about any list like this one. It is why every fact here links to the page it was read from and carries the date it was read, so you never have to take our word for a single line of it.
Is this a ranking?
No. There are no scores, no stars and no order that means anything. The table is alphabetical by agency name. We did not judge quality, because we cannot: we have not been a client of any of these agencies and neither has anyone whose results we could show you.
What does none published or not stated mean in the table?
It means we read the pages listed in Sources on the date shown and did not find one. It does not mean the agency has no price or no guarantee, only that it does not publish one there. Plenty of good agencies quote on a call. The column tells you what is public before the call, nothing more.
Should I hire KKV Labs or one of the other agencies on this list?
It depends on the shape of your business. Our offer, $1,000 a month, one client per industry per city, a guarantee tied to your city's own AI answers, is built for a single-location local business. A multi-location, national or enterprise brand is better served by an agency built for that scale. The Who should pick whom section on this page names one, and the reason, from what that agency's own site publishes.
