HVAC marketing agency for AI search

When the air conditioning dies and they ask AI who to call, it should say your company.

An HVAC marketing agency usually sells ads and call volume. We sell one position: your company named inside the answer an assistant writes when somebody nearby says the AC just died and asks who is good. We measure it in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode, on 10 questions agreed with you. $1,000 a month, named by AI in 90 days or every dollar back.

See what it costs

3-month minimum as it takes time to show results, then month to month. One HVAC company per city. Screenshots every 30 days.

What we do

An HVAC marketing agency built for one job.

The usual offer from an HVAC marketing company is a seasonal ad push, a rebuilt site and a call tracking dashboard. None of that decides what an assistant says at nine at night when somebody types that their AC has stopped and asks who can come out. We work on the thing that does: the pages, the listings and the reviews an answer is written from.

That is a different job from HVAC SEO, and it is measured differently. Not a call count, not impressions. Ten real customer questions, run in a fresh logged-out session every 30 days, and a count of how many of them name you.

Everything we build to get there, the repair and replace pages, the emergency policy, the cost ranges, the structured data and the corrected listings, is yours to keep whether you stay or not.

Why this industry

One system install pays for the year.

Heating and cooling is bought under pressure, in a heatwave or a cold snap, by somebody who wants one name and a phone number. The company AI names gets the call. Everyone else is a second search nobody runs.

01

They ask AI first now

45% of US consumers now use ChatGPT or another AI tool to find local business recommendations, up from 6% a year earlier.

02

The question is already being asked

My AC just died. Who is a good HVAC company in [city]? That question gets answered today, in one paragraph, with two to five names in it. There is no page two.

03

The maths is not close

One system install pays for the year. Being in the answer costs $1,000 a month.

How AI decides

What AI reads before it names an HVAC company.

Home services answers lean on map listings, review platforms and public records, because an assistant can check those without taking a website's word for it. These are the ones it reaches for.

  1. 01

    Google Business Profile

Primary category, the full service list including maintenance plans, real hours and a stated emergency policy, plus the questions section seeded with what people ask when a system fails.

  2. 02

    Bing Places

ChatGPT search runs on Bing. Without a Bing listing, one of the three tools we measure starts from nothing when it looks you up.

  3. 03

    Yelp

Cited in local home services answers. Claim it, correct the service area and the hours, and reply to reviews plainly.

  4. 04

    Angi and HomeAdvisor

The profiles exist and get read whether or not you buy leads there. Company name, address, phone and services have to match your site word for word.

  5. 05

    Better Business Bureau

Reached for when the question is who is trustworthy. Claim it, answer anything on the record, and keep the details current.

  6. 06

    Your state licence lookup

Where your state runs a contractor or mechanical licence register, find your entry and check it, then publish the licence number and link to the lookup so the claim is verifiable rather than asserted.

  7. 07

    Nextdoor

Neighbourhood recommendation threads get quoted in local answers. Claim the business page and keep it accurate. Do not post as a resident recommending yourself.

The part most HVAC marketing misses

A truck wrap and a radio spot work on somebody who is already looking up. An AI answer is written before any of that is seen, out of your website, your listings and the words inside your reviews. No seasonal ad budget changes what it says about you.

The prompts we measure

The 10 questions your customers ask AI.

Guides for HVAC companies

How to get named, without hiring anyone.

Two guides written for owners. One is the master guide on getting named by ChatGPT. The other is the search version: the listings and profiles AI checks, the pages that answer real questions, and the structured data to add. Nothing in either one needs an agency.

The general library covers the rest: all guides.

The guarantee

Named by AI in 90 days, or every dollar back.

We lock 10 buyer questions for your services and your city in writing at kickoff. By day 90 your business has to be named in at least 5 of those 10 questions on at least 2 of the 3 tools we measure: ChatGPT in a fresh logged-out session, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode. Dated screenshots every 30 days. If we miss, you get 100% of the 3 months back and you keep the website, the pages and the listings.

Questions

What owners ask before they start.

How is this different from a normal HVAC marketing agency?
A traditional agency sells seasonal ads and reports calls and cost per lead. We sell one measurable position: your company named inside the AI answer for 10 agreed customer questions. If it is not named by day 90, you get every dollar back.
What does an HVAC marketing agency cost?
HVAC retainers commonly run several thousand dollars a month, usually with an ad budget on top and no promise attached. We charge $1,000 a month with a 3-month minimum as it takes time to show results, then month to month. No setup fee, no ad spend, nothing sold separately.
Is HVAC SEO worth it in 2026?
Yes, and the target has moved. HVAC SEO aims at a link and a map pack slot, and a growing share of customers never see either because an assistant answered them in a paragraph first. The work overlaps: stated prices, a real emergency policy, a page per system type and fresh reviews help both. We aim it at the written answer and measure whether you get named.
What exactly do you guarantee?
10 customer questions for your services and city, agreed in writing at kickoff. By day 90 your company has to be named in at least 5 of the 10 on at least 2 of the 3 tools we measure: ChatGPT in a fresh logged-out session, Perplexity and Google AI Mode. If we miss, you get 100% of the 3 months back and keep everything we built.
Our work is seasonal. Does a 3-month minimum make sense?
It does, and the timing matters. Start in the shoulder season so the pages and listings are settled before the first heatwave or cold snap, because that is when the questions spike. Being named in July is decided by work done in April.
Do we have to publish prices?
Ranges, not a fixed price list. A tune up price, a service call fee, and a range for a system replacement with a sentence about what moves it. An assistant cannot ring you for a quote, so a page that says call for pricing gives it nothing to repeat and it repeats the company down the road instead.
Do you work with more than one HVAC company in a city?
No. One HVAC company per city. The first to sign locks it and we stop pitching that market. If a competitor signed first, we tell you straight away rather than take the engagement.
What do you need from us?
About an hour at kickoff, access to your Google Business Profile and website, your licence and insurance details as you hold them, the brands you install and service, your service call fee and price ranges, your real after hours policy, and the review kit sent to recent jobs.
