Why these guides exist
Written from our own screening, not from opinion.
In September 2026 we screened 1,531 med spa websites across 245 cities. 331 of them had no structured data on the homepage at all, which is the single easiest thing to fix.
We also asked Google AI Mode who the best med spa is in 198 of those cities. It named 4.6 clinics on average, and in 179 of the 198 no single clinic owned the answer yet.
Every guide below comes out of that work: the same defects turn up city after city, and they are all fixable in an afternoon or a month. Nothing here is theory about how models might behave.
