The policy
What we collect and why
- 01
What we collect
Only what you give us and what your visit tells us. When you fill in a form on this site or in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we receive what you typed. When you visit, we record the pages you saw and the ad or link that brought you here.
- Your name, email, phone and website, when you give them
- Your business and city, when you give them
- Pages visited, the referring ad or link, language and time zone
- Payment status from Stripe if you subscribe (never your card number)
- 02
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare the AI visibility report you asked for, to run the service if you subscribe, and to see which of our ads and pages work. To prepare your report we read your public website and listings, and we use an AI model from Anthropic to help write it. We do not sell your details, rent them or add you to a mailing list.
- 03
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this site and our work, each under its own privacy terms.
- Meta (Facebook Pixel and Conversions API, to measure our ads)
- Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising (site usage and ad measurement)
- Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery)
- Calendly (booking a call) and Stripe (payments)
- Anthropic (AI model used to draft your report)
- 04
Cookies and browser storage
Meta, Google and Microsoft set their own cookies when you visit. We store a small note in your browser about the page or ad that brought you here, so a form you send later is credited to the right ad. You can clear it, or block cookies in your browser, and the site still works.
- 05
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can follow up and avoid contacting you twice. Client records are kept for as long as you are a client and then as long as tax and contract law requires.
