Short answer

Patients ask about cost, insurance, hours and the kind of visit they want, such as a visit during pregnancy or after a car crash. Each answer is drawn from a different page, so a practice can be named for one question and not for the next.

Money questions have the least to read. Of the 460 chiropractic homepages we read on September 12, 2026, only 11% show a price or link a price page, 14% say they accept insurance, and 3% state a cash or self pay rate.

That is why our guarantee counts 10 agreed questions, not one. Being named once, for the best chiropractor, can be luck. Being named across most of the ten is a position a practice can check every month.

The ten, and what each one is testing.

On October 2, 2026 we asked all ten in Google AI Mode with the town set to Albuquerque, New Mexico, and each one shows how that answer opened and which practices it put on cards. This page reports what AI answers and practice websites say. It makes no claim about care or results.

The pattern

Why one name is luck.

Google AI Mode named at least three chiropractors in 39 of 40 cities on September 8, 2026, and 4.8 on average. Fresno, CA came back with fewer than three. So there is nearly always room. In a separate set of 20 chiropractic answers captured on September 15, 2026, 100% pointed at a Google profile, 90% at another directory or site, and 70% at the practice's own website. Healthgrades and Zocdoc were each pointed at in 35%.

Letters and schools do not split the groups. DC after a name is on 24% of named sites and 22% of the rest. A chiropractic school is named on 7% against 14%, the wrong way round. Board certified is 3% against 3%.

The pages for one kind of visit split them more: pediatric visits 40% against 24%, knee, shoulder or joint pain 57% against 40%, a care plan 59% against 45%, and a blog 67% against 44%. The middle named homepage has 1,135 words and the middle of the rest 821. This is a count from one day, and it says nothing about the care any practice gives. It shows that each question reads its own page.

Questions

What people ask about this data.

Where do these chiropractic numbers come from?
Two of our own runs. On September 8, 2026 we asked Google AI Mode for the best chiropractor in 40 US cities and saved the names. On September 12, 2026 we tried 602 chiropractic homepages and read 460. Every share here is counted from those files.
Can I quote these numbers?
Yes, free. Name KKV Labs as the source and link this page, so the dates travel with the numbers.
Does this page say which chiropractor is better?
No. A name in an AI answer is what that answer said on one day. It is not a ranking, it is not health advice, and it says nothing about anyone's care.
Where do the observed examples come from?
Each of the ten questions was asked word for word in Google AI Mode on October 2, 2026, logged out, with the town set to Albuquerque, New Mexico. The example quotes how the answer opened and lists the place cards it showed. It is one answer on one day, not a ranking and not health advice.
