Every AI answer about local businesses rests on three things. Miss one and you drop out even when the other two are strong.

• Readable

  One page per condition and per service: lower back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, car accident injuries, sports injuries, prenatal care. What a first visit costs and what a follow up costs. The plans you take, by name. Whether you take new patients this week. Chiropractic, MedicalBusiness and FAQPage structured data so a machine reads what a patient does.

• Verified

  The same practice name, address, phone, hours and service list on Healthgrades, Zocdoc, Google Business Profile, Bing Places and Yelp. ChatGPT search runs on Bing, and Bing Places is the listing almost nobody in your city has claimed.

• Trusted

  Recent reviews that name the problem treated, a bio with your chiropractic college, licence and years in practice, and a site that has visibly been touched this year.

Do them in that order. A flawless Healthgrades profile pointing at a website AI cannot read still leaves you out of the answer.

AI answers questions, so your website has to hold the answers, on pages, in text.

• One page per condition

  Lower back pain, sciatica, neck pain and headaches each get their own page. Not one treatments page listing everything. The assistant needs a page to point at for the exact thing the person described.

• A cost page

  What a first visit costs, what an adjustment costs after that, what a care plan typically involves and what it runs without insurance. Cost is one of the most common questions people put to an assistant, and silence loses to a number.

• An insurance page

  Plans by name, whether you bill directly, what you do for cash patients, and whether a referral is needed in your state. That last one is a question people genuinely ask an assistant.

• An availability page

  Hours including Saturdays, whether you take walk-ins, how quickly a new patient usually gets seen, and where to park.

• An FAQ on every condition page

  Does an adjustment hurt, how many visits are usual, what happens at the first appointment, what to wear. Three or four sentences each, in ordinary words.

Put the answer at the top of every page: two or three sentences a reader, or a model, can lift whole and be right.

  Still cited in local answers, particularly for service businesses. Claim it, fix the hours, and never argue with a reviewer in public.

The goal is not being everywhere. It is being identical everywhere. One old phone number on one profile is enough to make an assistant name somebody it is more sure about.

Reviews, privacy and claims to avoid
